Job Summary:

Strategically focused on account retention, profitability and growth. Manages account retention and satisfaction of client accounts and leads the promotion of sales goals and objectives. Engages in extensive client communication and troubleshoots account complications to promote client satisfaction.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains subject matter expertise in designated accounts and Acxiom technologies in order to align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered. Ensures account contract compliance.

Creates value and differentiates our services and products from competitor campaigns.

*
Develops and improves executive level relationships within assigned accounts. Promotes satisfaction through progress reports and client interaction. Engages in extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshoots account complications to promote client satisfaction.

*
Meets and exceeds revenue run rate and incremental growth targets, profitability targets and other sales related goals. Manages accounts receivables collections.

*
Proactively monitors accounts and determines avenues for account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Facilitates contract renewal process.

*
Leads, develops, and maintains the Acxiom Account Business Plan.

*
Lead client Quarterly Business Review sessions.

*
Leads volume management process resulting in accurate volume forecasting and leading to increased accuracy in revenue forecasting for the month, quarter and year.

*
Provides on-going client relationship status changes to affected associates such as technical and delivery groups.

*
Primary quarterback/coordinator of “One Acxiom” (GSO, GCS, LOB’s,etc) for all opportunities related to the accout(s).

*
Engages with Solution Managers to ensure seamless integration of overall solution.

Required Skills:

* 7+ years experience in account management, sales or similar client-facing function.
* 7+ years experience managing multiple large complex accounts ($5MM +).
* 5+ years solution selling experience.
* Experience and temperament working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Proven history of successful relationship building with senior level executives.
