Job Title: Part-time Position - Client Delivery Specialist



Job Description: Client Delivery Specialists execute the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to clients. Utilizing data processing tools, they submit jobs, work flows and monitor the completion and accuracy of the processing requirements and utilize transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms. They provide support and communication to teams and/or clients based on knowledge of data and/or processes

Required Work Hours: 20+ hours per week with some flexibility to work on weekends. Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM



Required Skills:

· Very strong Microsoft Office experience utilizing Word and Excel in a work setting or academic classroom project

· Previous data entry experience gained in a work setting or academic classroom project

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail



Nice to Have Skills: Exposure to relational database concepts or tools, SQL, MySQL, PL SQL or Access

Preferred Educational Criteria: Individuals who have completed a degree or students pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance or related areas of study. Open to liberal arts students with an interest in technology and/or customer support related careers. Seeking May 2010, December 2010 or May 2011 graduates



Required GPA: 2.75 or above
