Acxiom Corporation is continuing the build out of a Strategic Consulting Practice Group. A critical role exists in the consulting organization for a Mobile Marketing & Strategy Consultant. The Strategic Consulting Practice Group is comprised of industry experts and recognized thought leaders who work in a team environment with Acxiom Solution Sales Executives in formulating Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Marketing and Risk Mitigation Solutions to Fortune 500 Clients across multiple industry verticals.

This individual will be a key player supporting the sales and service delivery processes through analyzing client’s Mobile, electronic commerce customer acquisition, retention and loyalty marketing programs. They will assess the customer information, analytics and business intelligence systems and provide strategic consultation to the customer on Mobile, multi-channel and e-CRM marketing campaigns. Acxiom’s Mobile Marketing & Strategy Consultants provide fee-based consulting services for external clients and assist clients in maximizing their products' effectiveness with the use of analytic technologies and techniques. Our marketing and information strategy consultants have experience and detailed knowledge in the best practice use of data and statistical methods to utilize analytics products and models to best meet the client’s business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a current knowledge base on the latest best practices with regards to effective Mobile and e-CRM marketing campaigns and the use of analytics to achieving marketing and business objectives.
• Will provide customers with high level strategy on mobile and e-commerce initiatives designed to build traffic at their websites through customer acquisition and retention programs (moving new customers from registration to activation to monetization to loyalty to advocacy), developing online branding, marketing communications, mobile marketing, e-mail marketing and tracking of marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic insight on the execution of content improvements with a focus on customer and prospect usability and functions/features. Consult on mobile content and web design and web site development to optimize customer experience, mobile and web site appearance.
• Consult on mobile and online lead generation campaigns, which generate qualified sales leads among target markets.
• Provide customer strategy on the development of multi-channel marketing plans specifically tailored to each customer product, target market and geographic region.
• Assist Sales Representative in the presentation of our consulting products, services, and capabilities as they pertain to information intelligence, analytics and marketing strategy consulting.
• Research and develop an understanding of the client’s business objectives.
• Outline and manage the execution of an initial mobile and e-CRM assessment with the client.
• Define a project strategy around Mobile and e-CRM marketing products and campaigns and an execution that provides the best path for optimal results towards the client’s business objectives.
• Develop proposals including costs/timing, delivery of the project, presenting results and defining opportunities.
• Articulate how the customer experience can be improved and better enabled by Acxiom Mobile, e-CRM and multi-channel information solutions.
• Explain how to improve customer data integration, analytics and modeling to help produce new customer insights and strategies around mobile and web based initiatives.
• Help articulate the proposed Mobile and e-CRM solution and contextually tell the story as to how Acxiom seeks to partner with the client to enable their success.

Required Skills:

• Experience in developing and executing complex market and customer-driven strategies.
• Skilled in mobile and e-commerce initiatives as well as brand and channel marketing, in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments.
• 5-10 years minimum experience as a marketing strategy, Mobile and e-CRM, analytics and marketing technology consultant for a consulting firm, mobile service provider or enterprise software provider with a heavy focus on: Mobile, e-CRM, e-Commerce and multi-channel marketing programs in addition to analysis of customer data and the implementation of Mobile and e-CRM initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives with confidence and clarity.
• 60-80% travel required.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in business case development
• Strong understanding of Information Technology.
