Requirements

Acxiom is seeking a Public Records Specialist for our Independence, OH location. This position would be 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 5pm - 1:30am.

Public Records Specialists decipher and process information received from searchers, and relay it to the clients in a usable and accurate format conforming to FCRA guidelines and state regulations. The Records Department is responsible for the analysis of the records that come in from the Online and Research functions. These specialized associates are responsible for analyzing the records that come in to ultimately decide if they are reportable to our clients. The pending typist views and interprets court case information and enters the information into a standard template. The associate also interprets and applies some basic parameters regarding the case type and FCRA reportability in order to filter out unnecessary information.

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Experience in data entry
* Criminal justice background
* Call center (production envrironment)
