Being prepared during the interview process extends itself to taking the time to work on replies to a few standard questions that may come up. You may find that this preparation, not unlike the preparation for Team Meetings will pay off.

- What did you like best and least about your previous job?
- Describe a work-related problem you had to face recently. What did you do to deal with it?
- Give me an example of a time you did more than what was required in your job.
- What was the best decision you ever made? What were the alternatives? How did you go about making it?
- Tell me three personal strengths…. Three weaknesses.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
